Meet Angie Whitehouse, Founder

Angelique “Angie” Whitehouse is the founder of Love Elder Visits and brings both professional experience and personal understanding to the care she helps provide.

Originally from a small town in Northern Vermont, Angie relocated to Florida in 2011 after transferring with Northwestern Mutual, where she began her career in financial services in 2002. Over the years, she worked closely with individuals, families, and business owners, helping them navigate complex life decisions with care and clarity

In 2018, Angie left Northwestern Mutual to work alongside Adam at Taylor Financial, where she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Her background includes holding Series 6 and 63 securities licenses as well as a Florida Health & Life (2-15) license, reflecting a career built on trust, responsibility, and long-term relationships.

While her professional background is rooted in finance, Angie’s heart for caregiving has always been personal. Her mother now lives nearby in Florida, and Angie remains actively involved in watching over her and ensuring she is supported, included, and cared for an experience that continues to shape how she views aging and independence.

In December 2025, Angie earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, further deepening her understanding of hands-on care and reinforcing her commitment to serving seniors with dignity and compassion.

Outside of work, Angie is a proud mother of four boys — Matthew, Thomas, Anthony, and Christopher and happily married to her husband, Jim. She’s also a proud dog mom to Charlie, Jack, and Zoe. When she isn’t working, Angie enjoys traveling, exploring Florida’s beaches and parks, visiting local markets, making homemade jams and jellies. Despite living in Florida, she still treasures winter visits back north for sledding, family time, and a change of scenery.

Angie founded Love Elder Visits to create something she wished more families had access to care that feels personal, thoughtful, and rooted in genuine connection. She believes every elder deserves to feel seen, valued, and included, and that families deserve peace of mind knowing their loved ones are cared for with heart.
