Meet Andy Caul
Mr. Caul honorably served 25 years in the United States Army, dedicating his career to leadership, service, and excellence across a range of critical military roles. Throughout his distinguished service, he held key positions including Logistics Officer, Detachment Officer-in- Charge (OIC) with Medical Command, Operations Officer, Personnel Services Officer, and Facility Management Officer.
His career took him across the globe, with overseas assignments in Istanbul, Germany, Turkey, and multiple posts throughout the United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Caul’s outstanding performance and commitment to the Army’s mission were recognized through numerous commendations, including the Legion of Merit (LOM), three Meritorious Service Medals (MSM), four Army Commendation Medals (ARCOM), and three Army Achievement Medals (AAM). Mr. Caul retired from the US Army with a rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3).
Following his retirement from active duty, Mr. Caul continues to serve the defense community as a consultant supporting both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. His deep understanding of military operations and logistics makes him a trusted advisor and mentor in his field.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Caul enjoys an active lifestyle, spending his free time with jogging, saltwater fishing, and caring for his 88-year-old father. He takes great pride in his two adult children, Meg and Dylan, who reside in Virginia and South Carolina, respectively.
Now residing in Wesley Chapel, Florida, Mr. Caul proudly calls it his retirement destination — a place where he continues to lead a life grounded in service, family, and personal fulfillment.
